How long before I get the proofs back?
The galleries take about 5-7 days to be processed, edited and set up.
How do I access the photos?
Parents can access the photos by using a QR code and a individual pin online.
How can I buy the photos?
Purchasing is easy using the secure online store linked to the gallery, or alternatlivley orders can be via email to michellerickardphotography@gmail.com. Payments can be made cash or bank transfer.
How long before I recieve my order?
Your order will take around 7 days to process, print, packed and delivered. Parents can pay for home delivery or its free to the nursery.
What if I have any problems with my order or I am not happy?
If you have a faulty or damaged product just let us know and we will issue a replacement. If you are not happy with the product you can return it within 28 days and have a refund. For anything else please let us know and we would be happy to resolve any issues quickly.
